Delightful Daisies

Don't you just love the flowers that come with Spring? Make a daisy or a whole bouquet! Give them to someone special or keep them for yourself.

Craft Project Directions:
To make this craft project you will need white construction paper, yellow construction paper, a colored pipe cleaner for a stem, scissors, tape, and glue.

To begin take your white construction paper and cut off a small square. Bend it into a small cone. Leave just enough room at the point of the cone to slide a pipe cleaner stem into later.

Tape or glue the cone together so it holds its shape.

Next trim the white paper cone so the top of the cone is level.

Now take your scissors and cut straight into the cone vertical cuts all the way around the cone.

The cuts should go the length of the cone, leaving about 1/2 uncut.

Repeat with a second square of white paper. Now stack your cones one on top and inside the other. Twist the top one so your petals look full all the way around.

Now insert the colored pipe cleaner into the base of the flower and glue or tape it in place.

Next cut out a small yellow circle and tape or glue it to the center of your daisy. Make a whole bouquet.

Enjoy Crafting!
